No more walk-in hours! I do enjoy this practice, but they have not updated their walk-in hours. there are NO walk-in hours anymore despite what their website says.

If you're looking for a medical organization capable of communication, steer clear of Soundview. There is absolutely zero ability to get ahold of any human by phone and voicemails go unanswered. I had a very time-sensitive request for medical release forms for insurance reasons and it's very troubling that every department's line goes to voicemail and you don't hear back for days. I had to physically show up at the office to request forms and even then they said everything would be taken care of but I can't get in touch with anyone to follow up. Extremely frustrating.
