I honestly don't even know what happened. I had a scheduled appointment for today as a new patient. I had requested my medical records be transferred from Carilian to this new office ahead of time. Upon check-in the receptionists were wonderful! I was then called back in and my vitals were taken by a lovely nurse. The PA I believe her name was Shannon, came in and asked the standard intake questions.
She excused herself from the room momentarily. When she returned she informed me that she was not able to help me. Confused, I asked why. She said she was just a PA and their office would not be able to help. Still confused, this PA escorted me to the front and informed the receptionist that there was no charge for today. I requested my vitals and documents for the short visit I had just completed, but the PA stated "you will get no documentation today". Luckily the receptionist and the nurse overheard the absurdity. I was slipped my vitals and documented visit notes. I am just writing this to let people know what happened. It seems they are not or at least this PA is not in the business of helping people

The parking lot and lobby waiting area was full, with difficulty in social distancing in the waiting area. Saw physician in a timely manner, and was in & out in about an hour. Patients were cycled through quickly and office visits seemed to be running smoothly, with so many appointments. All entering were required to wear masks, and all were, including personnel. Checked in and out with friendly staff.
Physician was thorough and answered all questions posed, making suggestions and giving me written information. On site lab ran smoothly and fast, with little wait time. I would recommend this practice, especially for geriatric populations.

I have been taking my father here for almost 2 years. The lab staff has been kind & Calie Hylton. The nursing & doctoral staff & has generally been in severe lack of bed side manor & kindness. If I treated the parents of my students at school the way we have been treated, I would have been fired multiple times from my job.

Wasn't great, has definitely gone downhill since Covid. No one answers the phone. Finally got through, evidently my PCP left the practice and no one bothered to let me know. Ridiculous.
