Our dental services provide affordable, quality oral health care with diagnostics, preventive treatments, and restorative procedures. We serve patients aged 6 months to 20 years, along with prenatal and adult patients. Two state-of-the-art facilities offer comprehensive care including X-rays, fluoride treatments, fillings, and dental hygiene services in a comfortable environment.
Children's Health
We offer complete pediatric services from birth to age 17, including well-child visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management. Our Reach Out and Read program provides free books during check-ups to promote early literacy. Providers follow CDC guidelines for vaccines and offer sports/ school physicals with referrals for specialized screenings.
Behavioral Health
Integrated behavioral health services address mental health and substance use disorders through counseling and medication management. Our team provides trauma-informed care with specialized programs for adolescents and adults, focusing on holistic wellness and recovery support.
Womens Health

Alyssa Sianghio
President & CEO
Alyssa brings over a decade of FQHC leadership experience, holding a Master's in Community Development from Penn State. She focuses on sustainable growth and healthcare accessibility, aligning strategic initiatives with PCC's community-centric mission.
Paul Luning
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Luning has spent his entire 25+ year career at PCC, completing their Fellowship in Community Medicine. A Yale graduate, he developed the Performance Improvement Program and clinical services at The Boulevard shelter for homeless individuals.
Nilsa Campos
Chief Operating Officer
Nilsa has over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, including roles at DaVita Dialysis and UChicago Medicine. She holds dual Master's degrees in Nursing and Business Administration from Lewis University.
Karole Lakota-Treese
Associate Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Lakota-Treese has led clinical improvements since 2008, launching the Lead Case Management Program that reduced childhood lead exposure. She completed PCC's Perinatal & Child Health Fellowship after medical training at Loyola University.
Sara Hogue
Chief Quality Improvement Officer
Sara has over a decade of quality improvement experience, expanding PCC's NCQA recognition from 4 to 8 sites. She holds a Master of Social Work from DePaul University and pioneered the Core Culture Committee for organizational inclusivity.

Amazing front desk staff. The lady took the time to listen & was able to troubleshoot the far appointment availability. All happened with kindness, respect and smile. I highly recommend the center to those who seek respect snd decency. Thank you guys very much indeed.

You will die waiting to see a dr at this office always about a month wait and you still wait an hour with an appointment for a 2 minute visit

Nice people. I follow wherever my doc goes. I will say this pcc location is a 100% better than the one I was at before. The only negative thing I'd say is the wait time is terrible. By wait time I mean once you're in the room waiting to be seen. You'll get out the waiting room quickly, but spend 10-15 mins waiting on the doc to come in the room.

Terrible! They never follow appointment times in person. Then they give you appointments over the phone and they leave you hanging and never call! I called at the time of my appointment to ask if I had to call or if they would call me. The girl at the front desk told me I'd get a call from Dr. Brown shortly and I never even got the call. So disappointing.

The staff here is super nice and I'm happy is so close to home plus I usually don't have to wait long to get help it's bot usually packed
