I love this practice. I've been going to the Boca location. Have gone to other practices and had a much different experience. Here, the entire staff is great. The front desk staff are exceptional- so friendly and helpful and Dr. Zahn has been caring and professional.

The building set-up and "lobby" area are the best I've ever experienced. Hard to describe but it's all open, airy with lots of plants Dr. Ashley Bowles was professional, thorough and expressed and explained everything so I could understand. She took her time. Nothing was rushed. I would highly recommend this physician. The only negative is the front desk check-in woman. I see many doctors and have seen many docs, had hospital stays, etc., and I've never run into someone this rude.
She didn't want to do anything. Scanning in an additional medical report seemed too much which to me indicates laziness. She had a sour look on her face the whole time. That aside, I will definitely go back. (This opinion invitation was sent to me by CFAS as a patient. The name I'm posting under is fictitious for privacy reasons.)

I really don't like going out my way to leave bad reviews but I have to say the front desk lady Sherry Lazano is very rude and UNPLEASANT. Her tone of voice, demeanor and everything is just very mean and cold not welcoming at all! Besides that shi**y experience the doctor here is great! That's the only reason why I choose to be seen here

This is the most awesome place I have ever been the whole staff is amazing they treat you like their own family my father in law Culmene was about to loose his right foot, and it was very bad but Dr Zane takes care of him very well not only the foot hills and he was able to go back to work in no time thank you so much guys be blessed we love you.
