I had a telemedicine visit (on Memorial Day no less!) since I had tested positive for COVID-19, a breakthrough infection since I had been vaccinated and boosted. My intent was mostly to understand the length of time I had to quarantine, steps after that quarantine time and the further find out about the timing for a second booster shot, which I had planned prior to my vacation travel. The process was quick, informative and met my needs.

Wasn't a good experience. Waited over two hours in the parking lot awaiting a doctor to call me. Had to call twice to figure out why the wait was so long. Once they told me the doctor is eating lunch. Finally I thought the doctor was calling, but it was only bad nurse taking information. The after two hours finally the doctor called. Would not recommend this place. They also were not busy at the time I was there. Kids running around inside with no masks and not one word was said to them. Will not return. Go to an Inova place for much better treatment.

Staff was great. The doctor however had little interest in doing their job. I was there 2 weeks ago. Still dont have my lab results. I've called multiple times and was told they were in, a provider needed to sign off on them and than would call me back. Still no call or access to lab results on the portal.
