My wife has had a good experience at this clinic, I had never been. I went for the first time on a Thursday afternoon. When I arrived there was no one in the waiting room, no other patients I ever saw. It took about 15 minutes to get checked in with history and meds. Then they put me into a treatment room. All the while I could hear my PA who was to see me on her telephone. I couldn't make out the conversation but it didn't seem like serious business.

I sat for more than 30 minutes. I didn't see or hear any other patients. She finally got to my room and apologized for the wait. But why did I have to wait so long? That is unacceptable and physicians and their support shouldn't make patients wait just because they aren't busy. If they were stacked up? Sure. But when no other patients were there? That's not right.

I went here a few months ago for a minor concussion and they charged $260 for zero treatment done. Just a nurse telling me. "Rest for 24 hours and drink water" which I could have gotten off the internet for free. I hate medical care in America. This place including lots of others are just a big scam to steal peoples hard earned money and leave you with nothing.

I always tried different urgent care places cause I have such a bad luck when rudeness from the front desk people or nurses etc and this place people is so sweet doctor is nice I like it a lot cause when I'm sick I like when people treat me nice haha and they are definitely sweet

Once or twice a year I have residual back pain bad enough that it motivates me to look at better living through chemistry. The folks here are always fantastic, fast, and more importantly thorough and knowledgeable. I am Tier 1 at the VA and receive great care there as well, but the VA has billions of dollars. 20 Mile Urgent Care in my eyes accomplishes the same standard of care but instead of throwing money around, they just know what they are doing.
