Carotid Artery Ultrasound
Carotid artery ultrasound evaluates blood flow in neck arteries to detect stroke risk. This non-invasive test identifies plaque buildup that could lead to cardiovascular events. Our experienced team uses advanced imaging technology to assess vascular health and recommend preventive measures for patients with risk factors like hypertension or diabetes.
Chronic Disease Management
Our comprehensive approach addresses long-term conditions like diabetes and hypertension. We create personalized management plans considering genetic factors, lifestyle, and comorbidities. Regular monitoring and patient education help optimize treatment outcomes while minimizing complications through coordinated care and preventive strategies.
IPL Rejuvenation
IPL Rejuvenation uses light-based technology for skin revitalization. This treatment addresses sun damage, pigmentation, and vascular irregularities while stimulating collagen production. Our aesthetic platform offers customizable solutions for facial rejuvenation, permanent hair removal, and scar reduction with minimal downtime.
Weight Management
Our medical weight management program combines nutritional guidance with metabolic assessment. We address underlying health factors affecting weight and offer evidence-based interventions including the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet. Personalized plans focus on sustainable lifestyle changes for long-term health benefits and chronic disease prevention.
Wellness Exams
Comprehensive wellness exams include advanced screenings for metabolic, cardiovascular, and bone health. Our thorough evaluations incorporate EKG, pulmonary function tests, and body composition analysis. These preventive check-ups help detect early disease indicators while creating customized health optimization plans tailored to individual risk factors.

If you need medical exam please ask your lawyer for another clinic. Doctor was nice and helpful and felt ok with him. Not the same with Receptionist Diaz he seem so racist and to be so annoyed and tired of his job, really needs to be able to have better customer service. Clinic needs a better qualified receptionist with better people skills. Service by Diaz was so awful never been to a place with such bad service. Felt super uncomfortable and hesitant to ask any questions or concerns he explained everything super fast and in a rude way. Please do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

I was a bit worried before going to this place as there are many negative reviews. But it turned out I had a very good experience here. Everyone was nice and friendly. They were also willing to help.

My wife needed an immigration exam. When we arrived, we were asked immediately if we had an appointment, like we weren't supposed to be there. After the exam, we were told we'd get a call a week later. It's a out an hour and 10 minute drive from where we live, and I didn't want to show up late. We arrived 13 minutes early and walked in. Dr. Diaz was in a room with a client, and he opened the door as if to see who was bothering him. "Do you have an appointment!?" "Yes, at 3pm" "Then you need to show up at 3pm!" Then proceeded to slam his door shut.
I have never been to such a rude doctor in my life. Dr. Cobble, I read a response from you on another review asking to have the review removed as it is unrelated to your clinic. You are doing the medical exams, your name is on that side of the office. If you have an issue with these reviews, I suggest you find a new place to do business and remove yourself from this apparent partnership you two share.

Not sure who the receptionist for the immigration clinic is, but boy he needs to work on his people skills. I wish I would have checked the reviews before coming here. Jokes on me. Oh and Dr. Diaz, next time you have a patient with high blood pressure, don't shame him/her for it. I had little sleep that day and I was reasonably tense (white-coat effect) and your being condescending did not lighten the mood at all!

WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER! I honestly don't know how can he continues working in there. He is so unprofessional and rude! Instead of helping people to reschedule an appointment he instead yells at you and hang up. So if this clinic wants clients they need to fired this person first because everyone is going to ended up looking somewhere else than treating with someone like him!
