Services
In Vitro Fertilization
IVF treatment involves ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer to achieve pregnancy. Our clinic uses advanced embryology techniques like ICSI and PGT for improved success rates. Ideal for patients with tubal infertility, diminished ovarian reserve, or unexplained infertility, our personalized protocols maximize healthy embryo development.
Intrauterine Insemination
IUI procedure places washed sperm directly into the uterus during ovulation. Combined with ovulation induction medications, this cost-effective treatment addresses mild male factor infertility and unexplained infertility. Our team monitors follicle development to optimize timing for conception.
Donor Egg Programs
Comprehensive donor egg services include rigorous donor screening and synchronization of recipient cycles. This option benefits women with premature ovarian failure or genetic concerns. Our program achieves high success rates through careful matching and advanced embryo transfer techniques.
Preimplantation Genetic Testing
PGT analyzes embryos for chromosomal abnormalities before transfer. This technology reduces miscarriage risks and improves implantation rates, particularly for patients with recurrent pregnancy loss or advanced maternal age. Our partnership with Ovation Fertility ensures accurate genetic analysis.
Male Infertility Treatment
Diagnostic semen analysis identifies male factor infertility issues. We offer specialized treatments including hormone therapy, surgical sperm retrieval, and donor sperm programs. Our andrology partners provide advanced diagnostics for optimizing male reproductive health.

I've been working with NFC since November 2021 when I learned I had fibroids. I became a patient of Dr. Weitzman after my original physician went on maternity leave. Dr. Weitzman was described by the NP at my gyn office as "the myomectomy king", so I was glad to be his patient when I learned I had fibroids. I'm still on the mend post surgery, but Dr. Weitzman has been a great, direct, though very kind physician. I recommend.

My husband and I visited Dr. Smith at Nashville Fertility Center after experiencing two pregnancy losses. Dr. Smith and her nurse Rhonda were absolutely amazing! Because we were traveling from out of town, they performed testing the same day of our initial consult, discussed options with us, and we moved forward with a treatment plan over the following months. Now, we are in our second trimester with a healthy baby!

They were with us every step of the way, responded quickly to all of my questions, and did not hesitate to get me in for additional ultrasounds when potential complications arose. They were genuine, kind, and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!

I had to have minor surgery and Dr Weitzman was my surgeon. He did a very detailed job and was very gentle with me. I had no pain after the surgery and will be able to move on with the next transfer, he will be doing the transfer.

Management and communication is really substandard. The doctors may be good, but the clinic is so poor with communication and the nurses are extremely unprofessional. The clinic is inviting lawsuits, if it were not for desperate couples who don't want to spend time on suing. I can't wait to switch clinics or get my stuff done without being harmed.

Amazing clinic, did 2 surrogacy journeys here and absolutely loved working with NFC. Kelly, one of the IVF nurses, is so good at her job. She really made the experience so wonderful and all of the other nurses I saw there were great too! This is the best of the best in fertility clinics, in my opinion after having experienced a few different ones. So grateful for them!

We got a baby so that's great. But the process sucked. Tina and staff were great. Dr. Hill might be the grand puba of fertility but his bedside manor is lacking. If you're overweight at all be ready for some tough conversations, judgment, and zero empathy. Be your own advocate, keep pushing for testing, don't let the process slow you down, ask lots of questions, and do your research. I was referred but should have interviewed other doctors and centers.
