Our state of the art Sleep Center provides comprehensive quality care with a personal touch to all of our patients. To assist in creating accurate patient treatment plans, the Center has up-to-date diagnostic equipment on site. Medical directors oversees the Sleep Center studies and a Pulmonologist is available as well. The medical director has been a practicing Pulmonologist for more than 30 years and added sleep medicine to his practice 20 years ago.

Report
You will need to bring your insurance card and a photo ID. If you have any previous medical records please bring them. The doctor will need a list of all your medications including the dosage and how you take them. Make a list of all your concerns so that you may discuss them with the doctor. It takes the doctor time to review the patient's history.
