Dr. Wehry and Dr. Binder are nice. Dr. Thorne and the office staff are rude. I asked for a vaccine insert to review before giving my child any shots. She didn't have what I asked for and threatened to kick my child out of their practice for "non compliance". I didn't refuse but it's a red flag when a doctor gets angry when you ask questions. The nurse told me I couldn't have a second opinion from another doctor when Dr. Thorne sent a patient referral out to a specialist. Billing can't submit an insurance bill to save their life. I've called multiple times to have it corrected and they haven't done so. It's been months. Researching new pediatricians as we speak.

Dr. Schuster is amazing! She has been our pediatrician for almost 14 years and I couldn't imagine taking my kids anywhere else. My oldest son has quite a few medical issues and she has been a wonderful advocate. Got my son back into Cincinnati Children's after a potentially severe complication following brain surgery. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

This is the worst pediatrician practice I have ever been to. They all are so disorganized. Nurses never returned phone calls. I left a voicemail for my child's doctor days ago and nobody has bothered to return my phone call. The doctor informed me that she had send my daughter's prescription to the pharmacy and she never did. I have been trying to get ahold of her and nobody calls me back or sends the prescription to the pharmacy. These people don't have any respect for patient's time. Needless to say that the front desk are unprofessional and untrained. I am not bringing my children back to this office.

We love Oldham County Pediatrics. The staff is wonderful and very professional. Our Pediatrician Mrs Weatherford is the best. She always has time to make our visits seem so personal.
