Breast milk is considered the optimal nutrition for infants in the first year of life. Sometimes, making breastfeeding successful for both the infant and the mother is difficult. A international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) can help ease the process. PANF is excited to announce that our terrific nurse practioner, Pam Bajada NP IBCLC, is now a certified lactation consultant.

Pam is available for lactation consulting to all nursing mothers or mothers who plan to nurse. Call the office or ask your doctor about it at your baby's next check up.

Fluoride Varnish is a topical fluoride treatment that is applied directly to the teeth and has been shown to significantly reduce the risk of cavities in children.
