My review is not for the medical staff they are all great! I have been a patient for 10+ years and happy with my treatment both for my skin and laser hair removal. It's for the office staff who is pretty bad about calling back and following up on appointment requests. I usually have to call back more than once to try and schedule an appointment with Jane because only a supervisor is able to do so.
They are very quick to collect payments over the phone but not as fast to call back accordingly to actually schedule an appointment. Be prepared to be on hold for 15+ minutes to be told you'll get a call back.

Dr. Shurong Chang is an excellent doctor. I have been going to her for last 2 years for my hair loss and the treatment has been successful. Dr. Chang is an compassionate doctor. She listens to patients problems and shows different options for the treatment which I find it very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Chang for a women who is suffering from hair loss due to menopause. The front office staff are polite and the medical assistant was efficient in taking notes of my medical problem. Overall, I am happy with Dr. Chang and her staff.

I changed to this center because of insurance. I've been a patient for about 18 months. In this time I've had a procedure cancelled and rescheduled twice cancer surgery cancelled and reschedule such that it is currently scheduled 7 months after diagnosis. The final straw was showing up for an appointed a few minutes early and checked in. The receptionist said she would be with me in a moment. After waiting an hour in the waiting room without any interaction. I announced that I was leaving. I have to believe that I'm not the only person to have these types of problems.

The office ran politely and efficiently and I was given all the information I needed from start to finish. There was plenty of space for social distancing in the waiting room despite a large number of patients being attended to. Dr. Chang is just lovely and makes you feel informed and at ease. She exudes a kind and empathetic manner. Her assistant was efficient and helpful. Top marks all round.
