Long wait. Understaffed. Left there with no definite answer of the reason why I went in to begin with. Go somewhere else if possible.

5 negative stars I would give them Christine in the ER released my schizophrenic son who had a psychotic break today and had a psych hold on him because he said he was fine! You can t trust a nurse who is brain dead enough to believe a schizophrenic. Keep this info on hand incase you come across him and harm comes to you so you can sue Boulder City Hodpital

DO NOT GO HERE! I've either been here for myself or with family members, and they are terrible. My most recent experience was that I had a bladder infection. They took no vitals, except for my blood pressure. They didn't even take my temperature. I was there 30 minutes and all they did was put a strip in my pee to confirm what I already knew. I saw the doctor for less than a minute. They gave me a prescription and sent me on my way.

All good until I got the bill. My insurance paid thousands but I still owed almost $1000. I kept calling and trying to pay but it always went to voicemail. They would call me during work and I asked them to call back later. They never did. I would call when I got off work (around 3 pm) and I would always get voicemail. I just found out that even though I kept trying to pay, they sent it to collection. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! I broke my foot with a silly accident and refused to go their ER. I waited until the next day when I could get to a competent hospital.

I was admitted to BCH emergency room 1/27/22 at approximately 4AM with severe migraine. I was immediately made to feel like a nuisance. Due to a "migraine rescue RX" taken just before being admitted I could not communicate coherently. I asked for water no less then 10 times, which would have helped with the communication, but was not given water for several hours. Boulder City Hospital ER staff needs to be educated regarding migraine. A migraine is NOT just a headache. NO ONE DESERVES TO FEEL LIKE A NUISANCE IN ANY EMERGENCY ROOM!

Took my 6 month old baby in, thinking he had RSV. The doctor literally walked in, listened to his lungs, and said "well mom, it's just a cold". Didn't take temperature, or look in ears, nose or throat or test him for anything. A couple days later I take him into pediatrician because I didn't trust that opinion & sure enough he has RSV & a ear infection. Started breathing treatments & a prescription for a ear infection that day. So happy I trusted my mommy instincts.
