I would give this no stars if I could. Receptionists are not friendly and don't help at all, very rude, think they know it all and just assume you have been there before. They also immediately want to rush to schedule you for the next appointment before physician even sees your child. Staff doesn't take their time treating the patient, no bedside manners. Forget to send orders over for labs and x-rays. Always doing meet and greets but don't really care for patients they already have.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Contacted them about an evaluation for my 5 year old son who's in kindergarten. Was told it would cost thousands because of not taking his insurance. I then get a call saying that the Dr. is willing to do it for free because they would be accepting our insurance soon anyway. So I proceed to have a virtual appt. with the evaluator which was just questions for me. I was told at the end of the call that he would be posting forms for me to fill out on the patient portal so that we could schedule an in person eval for my son. Well, a week goes by and no forms on the portal.
I called the office and lady told me that there is no number to contact the Dr. directly and that the only way I can reach him was to send a message on the patient portal, so I do. Still nothing shows up and no message or phone call returned. This goes on for a month and 3 messages to him through the portal. It's been months now and never heard a thing. My son has been evaluated elsewhere. And I'd recommend everyone else to do the same.

Amazing staff and doctors if I could give them x 10 I would. Very friendly and professional appointments are done fast and at the time you need they are very flexible. Great job they are doing to keep all patients and staff safe.

We absolutely love Dr. Churilla! We felt so comfortable with her. It was the best visit we have had since our beloved Dr. Harris retired. Thank you Dr. Churilla for helping us to feel at home again in the practice. It takes a special person to make us feel this way! You are awesome Dr. Churilla! You achieved this with a 17 year old boy. I am a very happy parent!

Love both office locations for PAK! They are always clean, on time, and friendly. Dr Reymunde is both of my sons's pediatrician and I can't say I like him and the entire staff enough. So helpful and providers of genuine care.
