Dr Shovlin is amazing but the ball stops there. The staff for fitting glasses does nothing but sit there and give the glasses without trying it on the patient! She takes her job for granted. If that's what she wants she can go and work at Chick-fil-A. You are responsible for making sure that the glasses fit and are level at the very least! Go and take care of your grand babies instead of doing your job right!

The doctors and medical staff here are great! Caring, understanding and patient! The problem is you have to survive the miserable, nasty, rude office staff to check in to finally receive the great care offered here. NEI - these women are so mean to everyone! It's not the best experience when you walk in the door. Dr. Flickinger and his medical staff are amazing. Why do we have to be met with such difficulty when we get to the office?

I would highly recommend Dr. Bohland.he's super understanding, down to earth, and professional. Carol in the contact lens department is very kind to work with also! They really do offer great service there (after you get through the appt. check in desk).
