What a nightmare experience after 1st appointment never will go back. Sending someone for a catscan for sinusitis when your daughter didn't come for that issue. Saying your going to prescribe a diffrent antibiotic and to come to the pharmacy to pick up the same antibiotic she has been on. Secretary giving out medical advice on the phone. Extremely Outrageous. Never an apology just an excuse it was a human error.

My mom had surgery here. Very professional courteous and on time. They kept a nice flow of patients in and out. Gave excellent care instructions. Place is easy to find. They were painting the lobby keeping the building maintained. Would use the services of Valley ENT again.

Dean Clerico is an extremely dangerous practitioner. He recently wrote a letter to the editor maligning "homosexuality" and showing an extremely poor understanding of medical literature and public health on top of his disgusting disdain for LGBTQ people and disabled people. This guy belongs in westboro baptist harassing funerals or back in the 1800s, not practicing medicine. Shameful.

Super rude receptionist! Didn't let me self pay because I have insurance but I didn't want to use my insurance and she told me well that's too bad and she's sorry I feel that way. Never felt so disrespected!
