Dr. Lipinski was so incredibly rude, I will never go back to this place. I've never met a medical professional with such horrible bedside manner. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room to be taken back. just to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor who rushed through everything. (Never got an apology for the almost two hour wait either). There was also this awkward blonde haired assistant who had to follow the dr everywhere and made things super uncomfortable.
I tried asking the assistant a few questions about the skincare products I used and she had absolutely no idea of the brand I mentioned (which is a very well known dermatologist created brand) and made me feel stupid for asking. Do NOT GO to this place! Such rude, unprofessional employees.

The office got me in on the same day they all very nice and professional they give you great skincare advice and take their time in explaining everything in detail. Dr. Balle also offers cosmetic procedures so I will be going to get that done very soon!
