Dr Lin has always provided exceptional service. Unfortunately I tried to connect with him by phone and the office staff told me that wasn't possible without scheduling an appointment. Would've like to avoid having to pay my insurance co-pay for such a minimal task such as re-issuing an outdated prescription. Odd situation as I never had an issue doing so before.

I saw Dr Lin for unknown heart issues earlier this year. Unfortunately I felt like he couldn't get me out of the office fast enough. After some blood work, I asked for follow up consultation and was merely told by one of the secretaries that he said to resume normal activities. Here I am 6 months later experiencing the same heart problems. Thankfully I found a better doctor who takes time to explore every option for treatment without being dismissive.

Dr Lin is the best! He started out as our daughter's Pediatrician since birth and now he is our primary family Dr. He has a wonderful bedside manner, caring and is easy to talk to. He's given my family fantastic care since 2005. I would highly recommend him.
