I am honored to have been involved in the lives of so many wonderful children and families over the years. I will sincerely miss the patients and families of South East Bay Pediatrics and the community of Fremont. To those patients for whom I've been their primary care provider at South East Bay, I regret not having had a chance to say goodbye to each of you individually. Please know that I will remember you all fondly, and am sad that I will not be present to see your continued growth into young adults.

I am writing this letter to let you know that I am taking a leave of absence for one year from my practice at SEBPMG. My family and I are leaving Fremont for one year so my wife and I can both take care of our parents. The goal is for us to spend some quality time with our parents while we can and while they are still around as traveling has become more difficult for them.

We are excited to let all our SEBPMG families know that through this partnership we will be implementing electronic medical records starting Tuesday 1/11/2022. Our entire staff has been working very hard to learn and transition to a completely new medical chart and scheduling system. Despite our hard work, there are bound to be some hiccups along the way.
