Every single staff member was so genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The facility was clean, they offered vegetarian options for meals, and the groups were very informative. I have struggled cptsd, anxiety, and depression throughout my life; CCBC staff met me at my lowest and not only offered counseling and helped me find the proper medication for me, but they also ensured that out patient help was arranged before I left.
I hope that I never need to be in patient again, however if I do need help CCBC Taunton will be the only place that I would want to seek care at. If I could rate this facility higher than the five stars google allows I would.

Completely Unprofessional, the secretaries are very rude, it is constantly assisting them doing their jobs with information they should be aware of or are just not motivated to have the knowledge of things they should be dealing with in various situations. Extremely bad experiences after multiple times in CCBC's (Community Counseling of Bristol County) "CARE." But only that but it is the main and practically only service available in the area due to mergers and area platforms.

Worst place! Was denied because they didn't take our "insurance"! Who does that if a person is telling you they're about to harm themselves why would you turn them away!

Do not come to this place! A woman named Dawn mannard had me falsely committed after I thwarted off unwanted and inappropriate advances, 15 years of the hardest work down the drain after being forced to sit in a bright hallway at sturdy hospital for 5 days sleep deprived and forced to bath and go to the bathroom in front of 20 year old nurses. Dawn Mannard should be in prison for her unethical and inappropriate treatment of mentally I'll patients. This experience has left me truly traumatized and I now have panic attacks about 6 times a day and no longer leave the house.

I have never been more frustrated in my life with the wait time on my medications I have not received a call to be check in to see how I'm doing. ive tried to call in a refill and the call goes straight to an emergency number prompt. Very disappointed with how low the service is between my appointments and having to go to the pharmacy just to wait an extra 4 days after the pick up date for them to give me my medication.
