Founded in 1998, our organization has dedicated over 25 years to addressing healthcare disparities in Rhode Island. We operate as a volunteer-driven medical home providing comprehensive care to medically uninsured adults through a collaborative model involving 500+ volunteer healthcare professionals, community partners, and academic institutions. Our services span primary care, specialty treatments, and preventive programs while simultaneously serving as a training ground for future healthcare providers.We maintain a whole-patient approach with bilingual support and coordinate care across 12+ medical disciplines. Our continuum of care reduces medical debt cycles by offering free services including dental care, behavioral health, and diagnostic imaging through partnerships with leading healthcare institutions.

Free Dental Health
Our dental program provides cleanings, extractions, and necessary interventions through volunteer dentists. Patients receive preventive care and treatment for oral health issues that impact overall wellness. This service addresses critical access gaps for uninsured adults.
Free Ophthalmology
Comprehensive eye exams, vision testing, and corrective lens prescriptions are available through our ophthalmology services. We detect eye abnormalities and coordinate referrals for disease management and surgical interventions when needed.
Free Behavioral Health
Our behavioral health services include mental health counseling and resource navigation. Patients receive support for emotional wellness through individual sessions and community resource connections with licensed professionals.
Free Physical Therapy

Who qualifies for services?
Services are available to Rhode Island adults without health insurance who cannot afford medical care. Patients must complete an eligibility screening process to join our waitlist.
What medical services are offered?
We provide primary care, dental health, vision care, behavioral health, physical therapy, labs, prescriptions, and specialty referrals through volunteer providers and community partnerships.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call (401) 274-6347 ext. 311 to schedule. We do not accept walk-ins. Current patients can also schedule through RI CVS Minute Clinic locations online.
Are there volunteer opportunities?
Yes! We welcome medical professionals, students, and community members to volunteer. Opportunities include clinical roles, administrative support, and workforce development programs.
How is the clinic funded?
We rely on donations, grants, and volunteer contributions. Services are funded through community support, corporate partnerships, and academic institution collaborations to maintain free care.
What about emergency care?
For emergencies, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. We do not provide urgent or same-day emergency services at our clinic location.

You'll probably die before getting any service here. Waited days for results and then the doctor had the nerve to cancel my appt the day before it's scheduled without bothering to reschedule it, mind you I was in pain for weeks waiting to be seen. Don't trust them with your life. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

The dentist clinic is extremely unprofessional extremely ghetto they have lost my records the doctors there are not polite no manners attitudes really impatient and they will give you a time to go and they're not even half way done with 3 other patients I had to wait for 1 and a half After my appointment because they were full because they give patients same day and times To go. Would not recommend

I recently was dealing with a bad toothache I couldn't handle the pain I was unable to eat or drink anything I could barely sleep at night every where I went they were charging me 600 dollars to remove the tooth I came here as my last resort and thankfully to their doctors I no longer have the pain, they instantly helped me and I am forever grateful. Great place not enough recognition they really do work for their patients, they put patients before anything else
