The good: -Dr. Gergits was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Which is great! The bad: The office manager (Kristin G.) and receptionist were very difficult to deal with. -They won't offer or provide an estimate prior to your visit - even when you insist. So. -They will charge whatever they want ranging from $300 - $600. -They won't provide an itemized breakdown of the bill. Meaning they can't explain exactly how they arrived to the amount they charged your insurance/you -They don't have an appeal process in place. So, you are stuck with whatever they charge you. -They will ignore your concerns for days You will end up with bills you can't afford and very frustrated. I don't recommend this practice.

I've had stuffy nose for a few years with trouble breathing through nose. Stopped by here and was in and out rather quickly. Did a CT scan right away, and was very well informed about what was wrong with my sinuses and provided a clear path and solution to fixing the issue. Everyone was friendly and felt very comfortable coming here! It was definitely worth the longer drive.

My pulmonary Doctor sent me to Doctor Gergits and I think he and his staff are excellent. There's always a smile at the front and they can answer questions I might have.
