I went to Dr Arden for a rhinoplasty. He is an outstanding doctor with great bedside manner. I truly believe he cares for his patients and wants them to be happy with their results. I contacted him with concerns I had during my recovery and he responded right away. He is also not a greedy doctor which I can appreciate. There are so many of those out there looking to take advantage of you. It was refreshing to find a doctor like him. He will be honest if he doesn't think something needs to be done. Thank you Doctor!

This is my first time calling this office to make an appointment for my daughter and made me feel that I'm Very unwelcome. The front desk lady was so rude, and Disrespectful. I would never call them back or go to this office. Such a bad front desk staff

I would recommend calling and scheduling at a different location, I'm sure the doctors are wonderful but it's a huge turn off when the receptionist is so extremely rude. Your 1st impression starts with the receptionist, I would recommend someone who is more pleasant and makes your patients experience better from the beginning.

This office is very efficient and the staff all seemed very well versed and in tune with Dr. Rourke. For my first time being here I can say if I need further treatment within the realm of their expertise, I will be calling here first. Sometimes it's difficult to find a specialty office that is this easy to work with. Dr. Rourke and the staff are very competent from what I could tell. The diagnostic data they retrieved from the testing performed on me was pretty cool. Based on the data, they could tell what hobbies I engaged in that contributed to my condition without me even divulging any information to them about that. I would highly recommend Dr. Rourke and this facility for hearing related issues. Thank you Dr. Rourke!
