Indifferent on how to rate- Dr Wexler is always so pleasant with her adolescent patients. However, our appointment was for 1240pm and we were not seen by her until 137pm. Which I understand things happen, however, no mention or apology for keeping us waiting for 1 hour is a bit unnerving. Not sure why this would be considered acceptable behavior and to not at least give a half hearted "sorry to have kept you waiting"

I feel like I got lost in the cracks. I deliberately made my appointment in enough time so I could leave in time for work. I waited 30 mins and didn't get dilated. Unfortunately I had to leave. Didn't make another appointment.
