I have to say I have been in healthcare for over 30 years (evaluating healthcare) and this office in Levittown is run very poorly. I had an appointment in early April for a routine eye exam. The doctor ordered my contact lens and to date I have not receive it. I called the contact lens line on May 3, and again on May 23 and left voice message both times for Meghan. On May 24, I called and spoke to someone at the front desk and she stated she doesn't work in that department and will put a note in my chart.
This individual was rude on the phone and she stated "she new for a fact that Meghan was on vacation the first time I called and that Meghan is only one person." It is now June 7th and I still have not received a call back. Utterly ridiculous!

The receptionists at the front have no idea what they're doing. They put me down as a no call/no show when I was sitting right there in their waiting room for an hour and a half. The check-in girl lied and said she tried calling me but I was there on my phone the entire time, no incoming call or voicemail. Doctors are great but their staff needs some work.

OMG the head of the admin staff at this location needs to be retrained before she has any further interactions with customers. She is so rude. This is an expensive service and you shouldn't be treated like complete garbage. I doubt this establishment will change so this warning is being put out for all future patients.

I really can't say enough positive things about Dr. Judith Lavrich, and the entire staff at Total Eye Care Centers- Levittown, PA. After dealing with double vision for a very long time, I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Lavrich. She gave me a very thorough, meticulous examination. She explained patiently and in detail that I would require surgery in both eyes, or I'd need to wear very thick eyeglasses, .
She then explained what the surgery would entail, in terms that I was able to understand. I chose to have the surgery - and it was a great success! It's hard to believe that, at 73 years old, I no longer have double vision AND I no longer need to wear "reader" eyeglasses. The difference in my eyes is amazing. I am so very grateful to Dr. Lavrich for her expertise; and for the staff who were very pleasant and accommodating. I recommend Dr. Lavrich and Total Eye Care Centers, wholeheartedly!
