Altiora Plastic Surgery did not give me a good vibe. The prices were higher than average. I was not comfortable with the office, staff or surgeon. He measured me up to figure out the proper implant. Then to my amazement, he and his assistant dug through piles of breast implants in bins next to me to find a size he was looking for. This and more seemed very unprofessional. In addition to that, I was charged up front $150 for a consultation fee.
Most plastic surgeons will take a refundable deposit or credit card number in case you don't show up for your appointment. (To verify the charge was not being refunded, I called the office and was told that their policy is to not return the $150. That is the cost of the consultation.) I will never recommend Altiora Plastic Surgery.

Set up an appointment for Botox for my jaw.spoke with his assistant who said that he was qualified and I got there after driving a half an hour in traffic from my house and they said he can't do it. I am so disappointed I think the only way to let people know sometimes is to leave a bad review - otherwise they don't care - very poor customer service and I specifically waited for him because she said that he could do it I could've gone anywhere in Sarasota. Maybe Lori should work somewhere like where you don't have to answer questions about a doctor's professional expertise.

Dr. Cicilioni is an absolutely INCREDIBLE surgeon. He is on top of his game! I had the privilege of meeting Dr Cicilioni after being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction that was done without any complications. He takes breast cancer patients seriously. He knows and addresses questions and the emotions a patient has before you have a chance to even ask.
He answers all questions with exceptional empathy and with the latest statistics and Technology. I drive 3 hours to see this phenomenal surgeon. He truly has a heart for his patients. Thank you Dr. Cicilioni and his wife Lori for all that you do. I am beyond grateful!
