Had a procedure done on May 9 to lift my eyelids that were drooping and impairing my vision. Was told I could have bruising for 2+ weeks. Had virtually no bruising and vision is so much better. Dr and his staff are professional and very friendly. Never felt like I was on an assembly line and being pushed through any visit. Dr sat and talked with us each time. Never felt like a patient, more like a neighbor. And the eyes see great and people are surprised when we tell them I had a procedure done. Almost no tell-tale signs. Would whole heartedly recommend Dr Mack and his staff.

I shadowed Dr. Mack for about 10 surgeries and it was an experience of a lifetime! He was so open and kind and especially generous knowing that it was my first time in an OR. I could tell that he genuinely cares about his patients by being meticulous in surgery and ensuring their comfort. His assist, Kristin was just as friendly and warm hearted.

Dr. Mack and his Team were very kind and knowledgeable making the entire experience - from the first phone call, through the surgery and including the post-op appointments - Exceptional! Dr. Mack did the Ptosis surgery on my left eyelid to correct the droopiness that had developed. The surgery was done in office which was a great options to have. He has a wonderful personality not often seen in surgeons and clearly he has great skills as I had no bruising and now my eyes are symmetrical once again. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend Dr. Mack for any Cosmetic surgery, especially for Oculoplastic surgeries! Thank you again Dr. Mack!

Dr. Mack did muscle surgery upper & lower lids on my eyes. The end result was amazing! Before my eyes could barely open by themselves & lifting my eyebrows to help was no longer working. I now have "almond shaped" eyes again & that heaviness on my upper lids is gone. You can see my entire eye without any effort on my part. An added benefit from the surgery is that my eyes no longer "dry out" at night.

I never realized that my eyes were not closing all the way when I slept, but now they are. I can't say enough about Dr Mack & his staff. They are professional, yet friendly & accommodating. I would refer Dr. Mack anytime.

I went to Dr Mack for help with dark under eye circles. He gave me tear trough injections and the improvement was 90% better. I looked great at my sons wedding 2 weeks after my injections. Almost painless and no bruising at all.
