No one EVER answers the phone no matter which option you choose. No one EVER calls back when you request appointments online. I've been going there several years and never experienced this before. Coastal Eye deserves NO STARS

Wait time was not bad, but we had an early appointment. The doctors and staff were nice. I would have given 4 stars except for the billing. My only complaint is the billing department which is offsite. They hire people who can't even read EOB's correctly. I've emailed them and circled the adjustments and patient responsibility and then got another bill. They said they never got the email so I'm faxing AND mailing a copy.
Very frustrating to have to deal with an inept billing department. And as far as the reviewer who had one complaint but said everything else was great should not have given one star. Be fair.update March 2022Well it's a year later and the issue is still not fixed. I was on hold for 2 hours waiting on the escalation department.

I had the best experience at this office. This was my first visit and I was seen by Dr. Clariday. He was very patient and gentle. You can tell this man has been doing this for a long time! His staff were also very friendly! I would highly recommend there office

On hold for 10 minutes trying to book an appt. Gave up and had to book online. I have been a patient for 30 years and although I adore Dr Choi I do not like the fact that appointments are overbooked and waiting time is much too long.

Have been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks now, they do not answer their phone and after holding for 30 min. you get to leave a message and no one will return your call. I have requested 3 times through their website for an appointment. I have been a patient for years, but will have to consider changing to an office that will answer their phone.
