Walk-In Urgent Care
Our walk-in clinics provide prompt treatment for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. Patients receive care from board-certified providers without appointment requirements. Services include wound care, infection treatment, and acute symptom management.
IV Hydration Therapy
This intravenous therapy delivers fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream for rapid rehydration. Ideal for hangovers, fatigue, or post-illness recovery, sessions take approximately 45 minutes with visible results. Available at all locations for $75 per session.
Immigration Physicals
USCIS-approved physical exams include required testing for tuberculosis, syphilis, and vaccination verification. Conducted by certified civil surgeons at our Cypress location, with documentation completed in two-hour appointments.
Sports Physicals
Pre-participation evaluations assess athletes' health through medical history review and physical examination. Required for school sports programs, focusing on injury risk assessment and physical readiness for athletic activities.
X-Ray Services
On-site digital radiology for immediate injury assessment. Technicians capture images of extremities, chest, spine, and pelvis to diagnose fractures, dislocations, and other musculoskeletal conditions requiring urgent attention.

We had a bad experience at this facility. Went here with our sick child and had to wait close to 2 hrs. When asked about the wait time they said that they can't say how much more we need to wait. The front desk person was not even nice about it. Her response was not friendly. They need to work on effective cummunicaton between staff and patients. Also inform about patients about the wait time if it's going to be more than 1-2 hrs.

The staff at Excel Urgent Care in Missouri City, Texas is one of the best Urgent Cares in the city. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. I've been a patient myself, and never hesitate to bring my children and recommend family when they are in need of urgent medical care.

I brung in my baby girls because they weren't feeling well. The front desk was helpful and Brianna was very informative. She made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease because I was a wreck. I didn't know why my girls were pooping & vomiting everywhere. The wait was a little over an hour but that wasn't too bad because they were full. I wish everyone well and hope no one needs medical care but if you do, I recommend excel urgent care.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming! The wait time was over an hour but as to be expected with an urgent care. The Doctor on staff was extremely sweet and compassionate, you don't get that often anymore.

I absolutely love this place. The front desk staff is awesome and the doctors are so informative. My insurance was quickly verified, my fees were broken down to me, and all of my questions were answered. I was seen right away and there was no waiting. I will most defiantly recommend this office for all of your urgent care needs.
