Immigration Exams
We conduct official I-693 immigration medical exams required for U.S. residency applications. Our civil surgeons perform comprehensive physical exams, lab testing, and vaccine verification following USCIS guidelines. Patients receive complete documentation for submission to immigration authorities.
Diabetes Care
Our diabetes management program includes medication prescription, dietary counseling, and A1C monitoring to maintain blood sugar levels below 7.0%. We provide annual eye exams, foot screenings, and kidney function tests to prevent complications from diabetes.
STD Services
We offer confidential testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases including HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. Free services are available for eligible low-income patients through the Family PACT program, which also provides contraceptive options.

I have been going to Dr. Lovato for several years. I really appreciate his service. He has been very supportive with me through out all of my health issues and ailments. He is very patient, understanding and kind. I did not find that in my previous doctors

Great doctor, very experienced, I have had medical issues for the last two years, and doctor Navato has been able to take care of all of them, if not him personally he has sent me to the right specialist to deal with my issues, I recommend him to all my friends and family, I had a visit today and I was in and out, the staff are very friendly I hope they are around for a long time. Thumbs up!

So this is my first time being here at this clinic and apparently the people who rated this a 1 star is true. I came here at 2:10 PM and right now it is 3:56 PM. What the hell is going on? The workers there are so unprofessional as well.

First time appointment, I'm waiting for an hour already and today is 3/2/2020. I'm starting to think that I made a mistake by choosing this clinic, before you come you should check the reviews.
