Nicole Spooner, FNP-C, MSN Nicole grew up in the Bay Area and has over eight years of clinical experience working in dermatology. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at University of Boulder. She has an Associate in Science Nursing degree and earned a Master of Science in Nursing (FNP) degree at Holy Names University in Oakland.

As time passes the skin can accumulate the effects of sun damage: wrinkles, sun spots, and dilated blood vessels. Prescription topical vitamin A creams, such as tretinoin, work to generate new collagen and soften wrinkles over time.
