While this will be a positive change, you may see a few issues as we implement it in early January. You may notice longer visit times as we learn the system and adjust our workflow. We will do our best, but it is possible that we will have less appointment slots available while we train. Plan ahead when booking your appointments and come prepared as we will need to scan a new copy of your driver's license and insurance cards.
