We had a good experience with the doctor; minus 3 stars because, as a patient we are expected to be respectful of our appointment time and arrive on time (even early); however, the respect is not given in return to the patient. We have had multiple appointments here, and have had to wait 1- 1.5 hours for every appointment in both locations. This is an unacceptable lack of respect for your patients time. Additionally, the staff go to lunch at noon, and we were left waiting in a ridiculously long line to check out, adding to the unnecessary amount of time that we had to stay.
People have other things to do with their day then sit in a doctor's office all day long. It's one thing when a doctor is running behind because something is going on, but when it is a repeated offense, this just tells me that it is a common happening at the clinic.

The guy in front desk was so rude. Talking loudly and making us feel like they don't need patients and we need them. Dr Bowman has always been very kind and professional.

The yound man at receptionist desk was so rude about me and my 2 year old walkimg around. He stated we needed to be 6 ft apart and were walking in isle well more than 6 ft from anyone. Having him here makes me less likley to refer friends or family
