The entire staff is amazing. From scheduling up until you're walking out the door. Dr Ellerbusch was great with my 19 month old daughter. She went in for a cast Bailey was wonderful and patient. Thanks to the entire at Southlake Orthopedic. Will definitely recommend

Dr. Smith is wonderful! He is very easy to talk with, listens, and actually hears what you say. We discussed ALL my treatment options and he listened to what I wanted to do. We are starting with least invasive and will proceed accordingly. The best 'bedside' manner of ANY physician and so down to Earth! I highly recommend! I went back for a follow up with Dr. Smith. I expressed how nervous and kind of scared I was about surgery.
I told him I had a lot of questions. He situated himself comfortably and said take as much time as you need, that is what I'm here for. He answered EVERY question I asked and we went over the surgery, options, recovery, bracing, and anything else I presented to him. To say this young man has character, professionalism, bedside manner, and patience is an understatement.

I'm unsure how much the doctor plays in his administration team, but I cannot give this doctor anything better than 2 stars. The administration team is less than bad, it's terrible. I don't think I have ever consistently had such a bad experience with one place. They take forever to return calls, literally weeks. Sometimes it's so long, I've forgotten I even contacted them. I have been scheduled for imaging, just to be told I wasn't.
I have been scheduled for a follow-up to a MRI that took weeks successfully complete due to their computer systems failing, to being told at the follow-up that I was supposed to bring a disc of the imaging with me. I was never told that, but also, what year is it? Initially, the staff wanted to blame ME, and took no responsibility for their poor performance. If you value professionalism, timeliness, and ease of appointments, this is not the place for you. The doctor is average, but we all know as patients, we deal mostly with the team of staff.

I am very pleased with Dr. Heck. I recommend him highly. He is very nice and he has a great bedside manner. So far everything he has done has gone well with my surgery and recovery. He takes time with his patients and really shows that he cares about you.

I got an appointment quickly, and was seen in a timely manner. The nursing staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr C J Talbert is through and concerned with patients needs and helpful to keep cost down. I hope I do not need to go back but if I do, I will definitely want to see Dr Talbert
