I had a horrible experience with Hindsight. I was with them for 10 months and still didn't get a useful Rx for contacts. I ended up with Coco (after trying Cushing and a different doctor who unfortunately left which I can see why since Coco clearly despised her) - Coco has zero bedside manner and is unwilling to listen to his patients (apparently he thinks private practice is the military that he is used to).
He and his largely inept and equally lacking in bedside manner technical staff tried to blame my difficulty with contacts on me not taking a dry eye Rx properly, when, in fact, my current Dr. found that my difficulty is due to an eye disease (that that particular Rx would never have helped) - a disease Coco never bothered to consider or do a simple exam for. Stay far away from this practice - it's a disaster with few exceptions.

Dr. Coco and all of his staff, especially Bernadette, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to educate me on my options and my cataract surgery. Although I had had my other eye done somewhere else and am a healthcare provider, there was a lot I was not told the last time and they spent a lot of time educating me on what was going to happen and what to expect throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about Hines Sight. I highly recommend this team for any of your eye care needs.

I love this place. I've been going to Hines Sight since I had my Lasix surgery 19 years ago. I saw Stanley Cushing and I was pleased with him. He made me feel comfortable and he explained everything I asked for and needed to know and he had a sense of humor too. He's a nice and kind and friendly I would recommend him and say your in good hands.

Everyone at the practice was very helpful and courteous. I was especially cared for by Bernadette as she explained the procedure and the process to me. All the follow-up was thorough, and folks are very friendly.
