I have never been here. I don't know why yelp keeps asking me to review them. I'll give them five stars so that I don't torpedo their ratings but I think yelp needs a option for I cannot rate this place because I've never been there.

Rude and unprofessional reception staff. They never answer the phone. Prescription was about to run out and the pharmacy tried to get additional refill approval for a week, but they were unable to reach them as well. Ask your doctor for a different referral. Don't use these guys.

I went to Dr. Hey for a vasectomy. Him and his staff were professional, courteous and always on time. The surgery itself was a breeze, and his recovery recommendations were excellent. His followup procedures were outstanding and gave me confidence that the work was well done and permanent. Admittedly, the facility is old and doesn't appear to have been well taken care of, but honestly that didn't affect the quality of care that I felt I received. I've already recommended others to see him.
