Originally founded in 1986 as a solo practice, today the Abay Neuroscience Center is one of the largest neurosurgery practices in Kansas. Our physicians specialize in the treatment of back and neck pain relating to neurological conditions of the brain, spine, spinal cord, and nerves. Abay Neuroscience Center is 100% physician-owned, and we serve patients throughout Kansas and beyond. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for patients suffering from neck or back pain, through compassionate, comprehensive, and integrated care.

Symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome may include numbness, or tingling, and can affect wrist and hand function. Nerves connect the brain and spinal cord to the muscles and skin that give movement and feeling.
