Called me at the last minute to reschedule after waiting five months for the original appointment. They booked me for the ring type of appointment. And I only found out after waiting over 30 minutes pst the appointment time.

So incredibly lucky to have found Dr. Michele Lee who is a new addition to the Tozer Eye Center. I had been having a lot of pain, eye pressure, inflammation, and very little vision. Not only was I able to get in the same day, as well as a thorough examination, I was relieved of my pain. She was determined to find the problem and rectify it immediately. My previous Eye Doctor David Johnson retired this year and Dr. Tozar was recommended by some friends and family. Office staff was excellent, very efficient as was Dr. Michele Lee. Very pleased.

Avoid this office! I drove my sister to her appointment, knowing she was getting her eyes dilated and would need a ride home. Before we even set foot in the door, we were being yelled at to put on masks. I don't mind wearing a mask, but there's no need to yell at customers as soon as they walk in the door. Then, she says if I don't have an appointment I have to wait outside. Again, I don't mind waiting in the car if I have to, but don't yell at me like I'm doing something wrong when I'm not.

I go to wait in the car, and my sister waits to start her appointment. She then sees an older couple walk in. The woman just had eye surgery yesterday and is there for her post-op appointment. The receptionist yells at her husband that he has to wait outside. When the woman points out that she can't get around without his help and that he has a heart condition and can't wait outside in the heat, the receptionist still forces him out. Not sure why the office staff have such an attitude, but I will definitely not be recommending this office to anyone.

Just had my 3-week post-cataract surgery appointment and was seen my Dr. Sorenson. She is fantastic! Does not try to hurry up with a patient but will sit back and listen to any and all questions and /or concerns. I feel so comfortable to have Dr. Sorenson and Dr. Kevin Tozer caring for my eyes. I highly recommend Tozer Eye Center!
