I feel they do a great job of doing an extensive exam, communicating and educating. I had friction getting an appropriate appointment scheduled, but am so happy to have my daughter seen my people who so clearly do an outstanding job.

Draisin Vision Group on Tobias Gadson Boulevard in West Ashley is a great place for all things vision and eyecare in one location. The professionals here are knowledgeable and know what they are doing and do it well. They make everything very easy and are thorough in their care.

After years of going to various locations that move people through their system like cattle, it was refreshing to go somewhere that actually understands customer service. We have been coming for 3 years and the selection of frames combined with the customer service makes for an awesome experience plus the price is in line with what I was paying at the quick serve optical shops.

I had several eye appointments over the past 6 months, and most of my appointments ran late by at least 30 minutes. I would have switched eye doctors but I was required to pay in full for my services at my first appointment. My eye doctor was extremely rude and was not honest with me on more than one occasion and his response to my dissatisfaction was that I didn't have to keep coming to him and could find someone else. However he would not give me a full refund if I stopped going to him. I do not recommend this practice.

I've been a patient for a couple of years. Showed up early for my appointment, waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, still hadn't seen anyone to start my exam. Very disappointed! I feel that it was disrespectful of my time by arriving early and still waited 30 minutes. Poor planning on their part!

We are visiting the Charleston area on vacation from Chicago. My daughter lost her glasses in the ocean, the proverbial needle in the world's largest haystack. We were able to get an emergency pair of contacts at no charge until we could get back to Chicago. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and professional; thank you to the entire staff at Draisin. Tim
