I knew I needed surgery to improve my nasal breathing, but never took the step forward until I met Dr Archibald. He was the first surgeon I met who explained my options in a clear and understandable way, and was honest about the potential limitations around the outcome (in general, turbinate reductions don't always produce a significant improvement in airway opening because of other factors involved). Importantly, he was willing to perform the minor procedure vs. bundling it with a more significant surgery, which other doctors had encouraged. Dr. Archibald really is as special as everyone says.

This was my first surgery, and his bedside manner and gentle spirit made it all very easy. He's also an undeniably talented surgeon!
