Services
Allergy Shots
Allergy Shots are a form of immunotherapy that gradually desensitizes patients to specific allergens. They are ideal for individuals with seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis, asthma, or insect sting allergies seeking longterm relief. Patients experience reduced symptoms and decreased medication dependence over time.
Biologics
Biologics are advanced injectable therapies that target specific immune pathways to control severe asthma and chronic allergic conditions. They are prescribed for patients who have not responded adequately to conventional treatments. Clinical trials show significant reductions in exacerbations and improved lung function.
Food Allergy Testing
Food Allergy Testing identifies specific foods that trigger immune responses in sensitive individuals worldwide. It is recommended for anyone experiencing unexplained gastrointestinal or systemic symptoms after eating. The results guide personalized dietary modifications for improved daily nutrition and quality of life.
Patch Testing
Patch Testing evaluates delayed-type hypersensitivities by applying allergens to skin patches for 48 hours daily. It is suitable for patients with contact dermatitis, eczema, or occupational skin reactions promptly. The procedure provides precise identification of specific irritants for targeted avoidance clearly.
Pulmonary Function Testing
Pulmonary Function Testing measures lung capacity and airflow to diagnose asthma and other respiratory disorders. It is essential for patients experiencing chronic cough, shortness of breath, or unexplained respiratory symptoms. The results guide appropriate medication and lifestyle interventions for better breathing.

If you have a Primary Immunodeficiency and are looking for a new Immunologist then this review may be helpful. I have a PI that requires weekly immunoglobulin therapy and I was in need of a new Immunologist. I had my first telehealth appointment yesterday with Dr. Miyake. I was so impressed! He answered every single question without ever making me feel rushed. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

In addition, my interaction with the other staff members was stress free and pleasant. When I called to make my appointment, I spoke with a lovely woman named Lacey. She was patient, friendly and so helpful with getting me through the process. I had never taken part in a telehealth appointment so I was a bit unsure about the process. But shortly before the scheduled appointment time, I received a call from Dr. Miyake's medical assistant Zachary.

He was terrific! He asked all the basic medical questions and made sure I was ready from a technical standpoint to start the appointment. From start to finish, my experience with Allergy Partners of Nevada was wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff, always on time for appointments, and the system they have for allergy shots is incredibly convenient! Several years later, I have to update to say that it has become near impossible to get in touch and make an appointment for shots - due to Covid, you have to schedule a time. Totally understandable. However, every time I call, I have to leave a message and I have not had any of my 7 messages returned. I haven't received shots in months because it is such a hassle to get in touch with the immunotherapy office.

If you have Medicaid, I want to save you a trip. They won't accept you as a patient. Don't even bother. Of course this info isn't anywhere on the website or even mentioned by any of the staff I spoke to before the visit. This is my sons secondary insurance and we have never had a doctor not accept us before. If they weren't contracted they would just bill us whatever the primary didn't cover. Not these people.

I don't blame the office staff.they were nice enough. My son has a strict feeding schedule that takes a lot of time to tweak for doctors appointments. We had to wait for almost two months for this appointment only to be turned away at the door. A note on the website.maybe even the forms would be nice. Also advising referring doctors so they can make a note not refer their Medicaid patients could have helped in our situation.

I tried to make an appointment for my two daughters and the guy who answered the phone said I can't do a back to back appointment because it is against their policy. I have to go there for the first appointment at 10:30 and come back at 2:30 for the second one. I told him that is impossible because I live far from the office and he suggested me to wait 4 hours there with my two kids. That is ridiculous!

When I ask to speak to a supervisor or someone else, he hang up on me. Also, I called today and first time patient appointment availability is only for May. I don't know anything about the doctors but their front desk employee sucks! Update: I called the office again and talked to Rachel who was able to explain me the reasons why they can not do a back to back appointment which for me still not good reasons but I guess I have to accept that.
