Dr Obie and Office Manager are terrible! The dr. could not even comprehend my pharmacy number after I gave it to him three or four times. Finally, after I called a zillion times to see why prescription had not been called in they then realized they called it in to a Walgreens instead of my preferred choice, CVS. They never admitted their guilt until I finally called the Dr on second day and he barely admitted that he had sent it to the wrong pharmacy yet he didn't cancel the same prescription at Walgreens so as a result my insurance would not pay for it.

Finally after speaking to my insurance company they explained to me why in that the doctor needed to cancel out the prescription and submit it to the CVS of my choice. Suffice it to say, it took them over an hour just to tell me I had an eye infection. The dr and staff were very slow, unprofessional. Too chatty! Overall, this office visit was terrible and one of the worst I've had in a very long time. Deserves no rating but since I have to give one - it's definitely a -1. Please don't visit them as they are all unprofessional, slow and poor comprehension!

From the moment I walked through the door, my service was swift and the young ladies who assisted with both my initial eye exam and picking out my lens exhibited excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
