Staff had all information about me correct and complete. The staff person that did the CAT Scan with contrast was very knowledgeable and made me feel relax. She completed the scan and was helpful with me to finish the scan.

I really am scared, I'm almost 33 and never had a mammogram done I feel like I really neglected my body when I was younger, now I have felt a few spots. Need an appointment. What time do they open Tuesday-Friday?

This was a very welcoming place to go. The MRI tech was beyond amazing, he was extremely accommodating and made sure to tell me the entire process before we started. He was very gentle giving me the contrast, and as someone who doesn't like needles this meant a lot to me. Highly recommend!

I was very nervous about my first mammogram, but the experience was surprisingly smooth and easy. The receptionist was pleasant, and I waited only a couple of minutes in the waiting room. I want to give a big shout out to the technician Debbie who not only put me completely at ease but performed the test quickly and with as little discomfort as possible. What a relief to no longer have to dread this test!

Nataya McCoy was completely disrespectful at my appointment today. I came in, signed in at the front desk as I was asked and then sat down. No one called me to the stations. My appointment time was within 10 minutes of my arrival. Finally I stood up walked to a station (I wish I chose another station) and asked if I could know if I can be seen soon because I had a full bladder per my doctors request.
This lady Nataya asked for my information, and afterwards she said she could not see that my doctors office called over/sent over the reason for my visit. I doubted that was the case as this was an emergency appointment in which the doctors secretary called me to confirm it was sent over yesterday. So I called the office and spoke to someone who verified they sent over my paperwork and they gave me the specific time the copy showed it was sent.
The lady Nataya was dry condescending and nonchalant. I was over it and the disrespect from this young woman who obviously shouldn't be working in a customer service field let alone be in the health related field where customer service is required the most.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. It took the front desk assistant over 30 minutes to just enter my information, the poor woman was clearly struggling with the technology. I asked the women next to her to please help, but she just rolled her eyes, barely did anything. It took so long that I had to leave and couldn't get the x-ray before the closed.
