I was most impressed with the level of thoroughness, personable care and bedside manner shown to me by the clinic staff. I really like Dr Kaylna - she really helps with my pain. All the staff there is super nice and helpful. I do miss some of the massage therapists they used to have so hoping they hire some new good ones.

I have been a client at Midway Chiropractic for about two years. As a nurse and former chiropractic assistant, I admit my standards are high! All staff are very professional. The support staff team is SO accommodating, courteous, fast, and capable. They never mess anything up! I have been treated by Drs. Xavier, Craig, & Kalyna. All 3 are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They have always made me feel seen, heard, and VERY cared for.

Their massage therapists-Athena & Alice-really know what they are doing. Every time I leave Midway, I feel relaxed and in better shape than I was before. 5 STARS WOULD RECOMMEND! AND I HAVE MANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED!

My first experience at Midway and will be the last. I don't feel comfortable going in the clinic. Check in staffs weren't professional. I went for a massage therapy to loosen up muscles and relax my mind but the masseuse was too talkative. I couldn't relax at all. Pretty much was there to listen to her life story. The massage wasn't good, felt like it was done by a new student, not done by professional. I've been to a lot of massage places and never have this experience before.

Excellent customer service from front office to providers, very efficient and well-coordinated. They have state-of-the-art laser treatments and personalized adjustments/massages that are very effective for my injury after an auto accident. Dr. Craig is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients; he is by far the best chiropractor I've met! I referred my mom and everyone I know who needs chiropractic care here!

They are friendly, helpful and try to be accommodating. I have done treatment here before and choose to keep coming back. Highly recommend if you've been in a work or automobile accident or just want to feel better from time to time.
