Staff was very friendly and helpful. I drive 1.5 hours to get to this office and they were kind enough to take me a half hour early because I had built time into my drive to account for traffic. Very highly recommended!

I had a great experience! I was in and out of there in no time. The front desk girls were friendly and helpful. The tech who did the MRI, knew what he was doing, he was very comforting and it was over before I new it! I highly recommend Partners!

They are not serious. clients pay the consequences of the mistakes of those who work there and their policies that only ensure economic profit. The day before the appointment instead of calling to confirm, they call to cancel and reschedule the appointment for 3 weeks later, the same waiting time as when you requested your appointment for the first time. Just informing you that whoever assigned you the appointment 3 weeks ago scheduled more appointments than those available.
They take advantage of changing the day after receiving the insurance approval because they know that it is difficult to get a new approval for the patient in record time. They schedule you a false date of availability and then once they have the approval they call you to reschedule the real date. They don't care about your condition or the urgency of your exam. This is just a shell of something pretty, empty inside.
