Dr. Michael S. Levy, Founder and Medical Director of the Center for Addiction Medicine, has spent over 40 years in the medical field dedicating himself to the treatment of alcohol and drug dependencies. In 1995, he established the first medical practice in Nevada specializing in addiction medicine. He then incorporated the Center for Addiction Medicine in 1998 to provide a full range of services to patients in need of confidential, individualized treatment for alcoholism and other drug addictions.

Assessment serves to define the nature of the problem, determine the appropriate DSM V diagnosis, if appropriate, and develop specific individualized recommendations.
