Services
IVF Treatment
Our IVF program retrieves eggs and fertilizes them in our CAP-accredited lab to create embryos for uterine transfer. This advanced treatment addresses tubal issues, genetic disorders, and unexplained infertility with personalized protocols. With 18 years of experience and state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, we optimize pregnancy success rates while maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Egg Freezing
This service enables women to preserve reproductive potential through ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval. Ideal for those delaying parenthood due to medical, professional, or personal reasons, our program uses vitrification technology to maintain egg viability. Our specialists provide comprehensive counseling to determine optimal timing and expected outcomes for future family planning.
LGBTQ+ Family Building
We offer tailored pathways for same-sex couples and transgender individuals through donor insemination, reciprocal IVF, and surrogacy arrangements. Our team provides specialized guidance through legal, medical, and emotional aspects of family creation. With global experience in LGBTQ+ fertility care, we ensure inclusive, respectful treatment for all family-building journeys.
Genetic Testing
Preimplantation genetic testing analyzes embryos for chromosomal abnormalities before transfer. This reduces miscarriage risks and improves pregnancy success rates through selective embryo transfer. Our lab employs advanced sequencing technology to identify genetic markers associated with inherited conditions and developmental potential.
Male Infertility
We diagnose and treat male factor infertility through comprehensive semen analysis and specialized testing. Our approach identifies hormonal, genetic, or anatomical causes affecting sperm quality and quantity. Treatment options include surgical sperm retrieval, intra-testicular sperm injection (ICSI), and lifestyle interventions to improve reproductive health outcomes.

We had such a great experience at VA Fertility and IVF. After lots of upsetting news about starting our family we saw Dr. Smith who reassured us we had options. We are expecting our first baby in August and are so grateful for all of the doctors and nurses who helped us get to this point! They were kind and caring through each step. The nurses were so reassuring and answered every question we had as we were going through treatments. I absolutely recommend seeing any doctor at that practice!

Virginia Fertility and IVF is an amazing office. The doctors, nurses and staff are all great to work with. They made scheduling appointments so easy and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. They were always so helpful, full of information and we felt like we could trust them 110%. We have been battling infertility for several years and finally took the leap to see a specialist a couple months ago! With the help of Drs Smith, Williams and Goodman, we found ourselves pregnant after our first IUI! I truly can't say enough wonderful things about VA Fertility and IVF!

Dr. Williams is a very caring, understanding, and professional doctor that tends to his patients needs. We had some communication issues with his staff and he made it his duty to go above and beyond to resolve the issue.
