Amazing team - especially Dr. Sobel and Dr. Bakious. Literally saved my life, I would not be the same person without the help and care of these two doctors. Thank you forever!

Friendly staff in a clean modern clinic. They are to the point and process people in an efficient manner. Although this might not appeal to those who want to discuss the process and become acclimated, I appreciate their straightforward approach.

Dr. Sobel was great, but the office itself leaves little to be desired. I'm still waiting for a call back for a medication refill from 3 weeks ago. The front desk doesn't return calls, ever. Also waiting for a call back from Thursday (it is now Wednesday) to be cleared to return to work. I'm not getting a paycheck, but that doesn't matter to them. If not for a good doctor, I'd steer clear of this practice at all costs.

If I could leave zero stars I would, they don't deserve even the 1. The person that answers the phone, WHEN they finally answer the phone, is snotty and rude. They CLAIMED they called me 5 times in 4 days, that's bull. I have caller ID, which I check religiously, and an answering machine. They have both the correct number for my home and cell. They never called. They also haven't properly treated my recurring bladder infections.

Absolutely useless place of business. If you want Dr's and employees that just want a check and could care less about their patients, then you're in the right place.

If they call you to schedule a procedure don't trust the date they give you. Totally disorganized. I would go elsewhere if I thought it would help but I don't want to start the process all over again. No one is willing to take responsibility.

One of the worst medical offices ever. If you are lucky enough to get to see Dr. Pareek, he's an excellent doctor. That being said, the office staff is incompetent, disorganized and rude. Would never return to this location.
