Do not go here. Reception is as incompent as can be. No communication what so ever, randomly canceled appointments, clueless staff (how do you now know what services your facility provides?). Nurses and techs maybe nice, but it seems they'll throw anyone they find to handle phone calls, not to mention they never answer, and when they do they know nothing about where they work. A pathetic, sorry excuse for a business. Ive been coming here for 6+ months and if it means anything, I'd rather drive an hour to a competent facility than this place.

I can't say enough amazing things about RMG. The whole process was scary and daunting to begin with but they provide a ton of information and give you the ability to ask any and all questions until you're comfortable with your plan. Dr Goodman is straightforward and honest about all options which I truly appreciated. The ART staff exceeded my expectations to where I keep them updated with my progress today now that I am 20 weeks pregnant. As in any situation, you always need to advocate for yourself, however I wasn't a number there, I truly felt like a person. I highly recommend RMG.

Why does this place have such good reviews? Maybe most of them are fake? I would caution anyone going to this place to take a hard look at everything. Absolute worst personal experience! They kept misplacing my records and do not communicate at all. The phones just keep going to voicemail and no one picks up or calls back. The entire staff is super rude and that's not ok when they are extorting thousands of dollars.

The billing ladies have no compassion at all and are horrible and my personal favorite is Jasmine. She has no business working in any care industry. I hope one day she has to go through IVF and someone treats her like she treats patients. My Doctor's was Sandra Goodman and was very cold and does not care much about you. I went though multiple cycles and ended up with NOTHING! On top of it I have to deal with their billing day in and out. I don't know what sins I have committed in my life to end up here.

I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking to have a baby and start a family. My husband and I experience has been so wonderful. The nurses, doctors, financial department, and even the sonography techs have been so sweet and welcoming. Truly made this scary situation even more calming and great. Dr. Goodman was my physician and I am truly so thankful for her and her peers. HIGHLY recommend this practice!

Dr. Goodman and staff have been fantastic! Our son is our first little IVF guy and we are on our journey for our second (and final) from our remaining frozen embryos. Be prepared- it's an INTENSE process and needs a ton of flexibility in your schedule. They have early morning monitoring appts but it's still not early enough for some careers. Is it possible to spend A LOT of money and not have a successful transfer- yes. It's a sad possibility in the IVF world and no treatment center has 100% results. However, RMG sets you up the best they can for achieving pregnancy.
