Our certified therapists work closely with patients post-injury or surgery to accelerate recovery using evidence-based techniques. This service includes splinting, exercise regimens, and patient education to ensure long-term mobility and strength improvements.
Carpal Tunnel Treatment
We specialize in diagnosing and treating carpal tunnel syndrome with both conservative and surgical options tailored to the severity of each case. Non-surgical approaches include ergonomic adjustments and corticosteroid injections, while surgical interventions involve minimally invasive techniques for lasting relief. Our goal is to alleviate numbness, tingling, and weakness in the hand caused by nerve compression.
Workers' Compensation Services
Our practice provides comprehensive care for work-related hand, wrist, and elbow injuries, including immediate diagnosis, treatment, and documentation for insurance claims. We collaborate with employers and case managers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while prioritizing patient recovery. Services include injury assessments, return-to-work planning, and ongoing medical support for occupational health needs.
Digital X-Ray
On-site digital X-ray services enable rapid diagnosis of fractures, dislocations, and degenerative conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and elbow. This technology provides high-resolution images with minimal radiation exposure, allowing for accurate treatment planning during the initial consultation. Immediate access to imaging streamlines care and reduces the need for multiple office visits.
Open MRI
Open MRI services offer detailed visualization of soft tissues, ligaments, and tendons in the upper extremities for precise diagnosis of complex conditions. This non-invasive imaging option is ideal for patients requiring detailed anatomical assessment without the claustrophobic constraints of traditional MRI machines. Results guide both surgical and non-surgical treatment strategies.

I saw Dr Besh for my hand issues. I want to share good experience of patient care that I received here! My first appointment with Dr Besh was quite detailed, he asked me the complete history of my symptoms, examined my painful spots manually. He discussed the reasons of my symptoms, answered my questions and informed me for the treatment plan. I am so happy that he accepted me as a new patient. I am very happy with his care.
His office staff is outstanding and very helpful. Have to mention that his clinic supervisor Erica, all the other therapist and rest of the staff is the best! Thanks for the outstanding care that you all provide

I just want to say - the staff and physical therapists are amazing, so they are not included in this review. The physical therapist actually corrected the doctor's initial misdiagnosis. Dr. Basil Besh is honestly one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. He rushes patients in and out of his offices and wouldn't let me fully explain what was going on with my arms. His attitude came off as arrogant as if he knew exactly what was going on before I could finish.
Because of this, he misdiagnosed me with carpal tunnel and urged me to keep using my arms. Seeing as how I actually had a tendon injury, this was the exact opposite of what I should've been doing and it really prolonged the healing process (in which, it's been over a year and it's still not healed as of yet). I absolutely do not recommend going to this doctor, as he will just assume your issues and not actually help use his knowledge and care to really find out what's wrong. In addition to the above, you end up waiting for a minimum of 35 minutes to be seen by him only to be seen for seriously 30 seconds, not even kidding you. It's just rude.

Defining recommend as Dr Besh is truly "sightworthy" human being. He's rude, unprofessional, unpunctual, arrogant and refusing to wear masks. He does neither seem to care about his patients nor like what he's doing.

Long wait time. my Appointment time was 3.40 but i had to wait 45 mins for my turn. After seeing doctor he referred me to different doctor based my symptom. They could do this via email or phone instead. Now i will be charged full for this visit. Front desk was very nice and professional.

Not recommended Seems like Dr. Besh is an angry business man more than a Doctor. Px care is not the focus of the practice. Front desk is not patient friendly, Cynthia is very arrogant and egoistic. No value of px time. 1 hr wait is normal. After 1 hr wait Dr. Besh will examine you for 2 mint, not even touching or examining the wrist of the patient. All the diagnosis and treatment is based on X Rays and MRI. Overall Very Bad experience.
